南瓜kaya

南瓜kaya在Ann ann家看到的。容易做又好吃。

材料:
南瓜(蒸熟压成泥) ~ 300g
糖 ~ 130g
椰浆 ~ 200g

做法:
1. 全部材料用果汁机打幼。
2. 倒入祸里用小火边煮边搅拌至浓即可。

小小心得:
1.煮kaya时要不停搅拌,以免粘锅。

  5. after make it the pumpkin kaya , can keep how long ar? may i know your recipy sweet or not for 130g of sugar? the coconut is fresh coconut or tin? thanks ....... i like this so much, feel like to do it, but scare fail.
