Banana Chiffon Cake

这三个蛋糕做了很多天了,今天才放上来 俩个字''懒惰''^^蛋糕是Hubby要请同事们吃的,我就看到家里有熟透Banana就做了,宝贝要Blueberry Chiffon Cake但是做了她没的吃:((因为这是要带到Office的,多俩天要补回给她!!还有个是Black Sesame Chiffon Cake只因为喜欢芝麻味!!

Banana Chiffon Cake 
Egg Yolk Batter
6 egg yolks
1/4tsp salt
60ml cooking oil
170g banana puree
50g caster sugar
110g plain flour
1/4tsp bicarbonate of soda

Egg White Foam:
6 egg whites
1/2tsp cream of tartar
100g caster sugar

** 一般7风做法, 烤170 30-40 minutes.
** 22cm Chiffon Mould




Blueberry Chiffon Cake
Egg Yolk Batter
2 egg yolks
20ml cooking oil
40g blueberry filling
1tbsp milk
20g caster sugar
40g self raising flour

Egg White Foam
2 egg whites
1/4tsp cream of tartar
40g sugar

** 一般7风做法, 烤170 30 minutes.
** 16cm Chiffon Mould
**我做的是分量 x 3 ( 22cm Chiffon Mould bake 30-40 minutes)




Black Sesame Chiffon Cake
Egg Yolk Batter
1tbsp 芝麻粉
20ml milk
2 egg yolks
20g castor sugar
20ml cooking oil
40g self raising flour


Egg White Foam
2 egg whites
1/4tsp cream of tartar
50g caster sugar

** 一般7风做法, 烤170 30 minutes.
** 16cm Chiffon Mould
**我做的是分量 x 3 ( 22cm Chiffon Mould bake 30-40 minutes)
