Nestum Oat Banana Butter Cake

昨晚做了Nestum Oat Banana Butter Cake因为还剩Banana不做就的请Mr Bin吃,只好做了蛋糕请朋友吃!!
Nestum Oat Banana Butter Cake
Ingredients A:
120g Butter, 2 eggs
180g brown sugar ( i put 150g only )


Ingredients B:
250g plain flour
1tsp baking powder
1tsp baking soda


Ingredients C:
2tbsp Nestum Oat 
200g Mashed Banana


1. Cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.Add in egg one at a time and mix well.
2. Slowly add in ingredient sB, C and mix well. Pour the mixture into 2 lined baking trays ( 9 x 4 )
3. Bake in preheated oven at 180 for 35 minutes
